4th graders are still learning to navigate academically when they begin the school year. These materials will help them get organized and ensure they have the materials they need to be successful in the classroom and when they take their learning home. I make it a priority each year to enhance my students organizational skills as well as their academic abilities. Unfortunately, each year, I have so many students who just don't have the supplies they need for class. As a teacher it's hard to see the faces of students whose parents do not send school supplies. After my first year of teaching, I made a promise to never have to see those sad faces again. I purchase everything on our school supply list for each of my students and then some. This was a lot easier when I only had one class, but now I have multiple classes.
