We are a Title 1 school which most of our students come from low income families. My classroom also consists of students with special needs. My students have lost so much in the recent days. Our city was flooded and many of our families lost homes and teachers lost their classrooms. I was one of those teachers who lost their classroom in the flood and I am working on rebuilding my classroom. I want the students to be able to return to a place where they feel safe. I want my students to have some technology where they can research and learn about their dreams, authors and so much more.
