Freshmen. The sound of that word makes many of us shutter. Most of us have been one before and we know how freshmen feel the first day of school. I come from a school that is known for producing students who want to succeed. However, sometimes this success does not come easy, seeing as how the county our school is in has the highest unemployment rate in the state. Most students I have come in contact with have perseverance and a desire to make a change. The change could be in themselves, our community, or even our school itself.

About my class
