My students are a diverse group of exceptional children. Many of them come down from low-income households as well as being EL students as well as students with learning disabilities. Due to the students' unfortunate circumstances, many of them are left with low self-esteem and do not think they are capable of achieving. I strive to make my classroom a positive and welcoming atmosphere where students are not afraid to take chances and where learning is the only option!

About my class
