My students are delightful and hardworking. They come from the Burton-Division neighborhood so sadly they are stricken with poverty but that does not stop them from desperately wanting an education. Our school is small but we have booming enrollment with over 500 hundred students so supplies are tight. But I really try to come up with creative and inexpensive ways to help my students learn English and master the benchmarks for fourth grade. Many of my students are ELL students and we are a 100% free-reduced lunch school. I am asking for a few supplies that will really enhance my teaching and help push my students. I truly believe that are awesome kids!
