The Chromebooks purchased for use in my classroom will give the students an opportunity to complete independent work on different apps and programs in reading. They will be able to work on their reading comprehension independently in a technology center during our rotations in class. The students will have opportunities to use technology to enhance their learning by having the resources needed in their own hands. I want my students to be able to take charge of their learning and have extra support. Many of my students don't have the technology at home to be able to access resources to extend or build upon their learning. It would be a way to fill in the gaps and make sure they have the optimal learning environment.
