Fifth graders bring so much enthusiasm, curiosity, and thoughtfulness to their tasks. It's a true delight to spend my days with them. In my classroom, I strive to help my students look beyond themselves, guiding them along their journeys to becoming good citizens of their own community and the world. My students learn to make connections between what they are learning and the world around them. As 10 and 11 year olds, they look at their peers with open minds and hearts while exploring together and learning from each other. It's a wonderful time of discovery and growth!
