My students are high school students from a low income city where higher education is not a norm and rarely a path that they are thinking about. Education has not been a priority most of their lives, and we are working to show these young adults the importance of receiving an education. Their greatest asset is their loyalty and passion. They are very family oriented and incredibly passionate about their interests and hobbies. They are amazing young adults who have bright futures.
