I am fortunate to teach at the same public high school that I attended (but I won't share when I graduated). Our school is known for its supportive atmosphere that feels like family. Our motto, "Raiders together, Raiders forever," exemplifies that motto. I believe strongly in teaching more than just content and skills. I want students to explore their ideas and expand their thoughts beyond what they thought was initially possible. In addition, our class goal is to learn how to express thoughts effectively and to reflect on how learning now impacts our lives later.
