Roosevelt is a wonderful school and community filled with enthusiastic students. In the past five years, Roosevelt has grown from being a small K-5 to a TK through 8th grade. However, the school has not yet been able to increase it's financial support to keep pace with this type of growth. My students come from diverse backgrounds. Approximately 80% are second language learners and 67% qualify for free and reduced lunch. The are also engaged and enjoy learning. I strive to meet their needs and provide an environment that supports their enthusiasm and potential.
