My second grade students are diverse learners with individual needs and interests. In order to increase literacy rates for all students, the second grade language arts team meets with every student daily in a small group setting. We focus on teaching phonics skills, reading strategies, and writing workshops. The ultimate goal of the second grade language arts team is to assist each student in reaching their full potential during this school year.
