I teach Kindergarten students in a high need inner city school. For many of my students , kindergarten is their first real math experience . We are using a new program and we are doing a good job. Yet much work is needed. Many of my students are English language learners. They come very eager to learn and work very hard. This translates to success for students as a whole . Our school has received an A as an outstanding school. It is also a National Blue Ribbon School.
