This project will make a huge impact in my student's learning. Many of my students don't know who their favorite author is or lack a favorite genre. In an era where technology and social media dominate, I strive to bring back books. It is my mission this year to grow each of my student's love of reading. I inspire to light a fire inside them. A book has endless open doors. Reading books can help students feel a sense of community, belonging, and yearning to do more good in the world. My hope is that through reading many picture books, their love of reading and learning will forever grow.
