I'm currently working with third, fourth and fifth grade students that are not performing at the current grade level in Math. These students are selected according to their most recent CRCT scores as well as Star Math assessments. My students enjoy learning different strategies to help them be more successful in Math. My school is a Title 1 school that have focused on reading so long that math was placed on the back burner. Overall, our reading have improved and the math have decreased. I've taken the challenge to assist our school population increase our math scores.
