In a world where students have technology at their fingertips, it is crucial to get them engaged with reading books! I am looking to provide exciting and new leveled readers in my guided reading groups. I want my first graders to be excited about the text features and experiences of a printed story. Having these appropriately leveled books will provide my students the opportunity to move up the ladder of leveled text and become an independent reader. I have a range of reading levels in my classroom this year. I am excited to target their reading needs by having a leveled library that includes these multiple copies.
