Hurricane Harvey has demonstrated a great need in our community, including our Pasadena ISD students. These children have been effected greatly through these devastating circumstances. Among these students are my 5th graders at Bobby Shaw Middle School. I am currently servicing a population of non-English speakers at a 95% at risk middle school. My students are very hard working. They always try to do their best, but their lack of English hinders their success. This is why I am seeking English/Spanish dictionaries as a support system for them.
