My students are part of an integrated, multicultural classroom, with abilities ranging from below grade level to beyond grade level. They are positive, excited to learn, and love when I model reading to them in a variety of genres. My school strives to meet the needs of all children, and the whole child. This includes fostering academic, social, and physical well being. We place emphasis on building character as Martin Luther King Jr. stated, "Intelligence plus integrity is the true measure of character."

About my class
