Have you every been in a meeting or had to sit still for a long time? It is hard. So, I'm requesting Air Stability Wobble Cushions, Bouncy Bands for Chairs and Desks, and Fidget Toys. These resources will help students who need to move do so in a productive way without disturbing others or myself. Kids need to move and not be disruptive but also have to be still enough to listen. These tools will them find that balance. Studies show students who are able to move are better able to connect to the content and focus. With this project, I will help them focus so they can reach their full potential. I do let my students move around the room but sometimes they need to be in their seat. The Bouncy Bands for Chairs and Desks and these fidget tools will help them stay focused at those times.
