My students are so eager to learn how to read. These materials will be a wonderful addition to our class. The classroom rug will help to have a more interactive and comfortable shared reading experience for the kids. By allowing them to sit on the rug while doing shared reading activities it will help to keep them engaged and focused on the reading activity. The other supplies (pencils, erasers, bins, and printer) will aid the students in everyday tasks that sometimes become difficult due to the fact that many of them are lacking basic school supplies. The printer and ink will be a huge help in our class. Being able to print activities and worksheets in color will help the students to be more eager about class assignments. They love bright colors and love to do activities that are not just black and white. Lastly, the books for our classroom library will help to continue to promote literacy in the classroom and to encourage independent reading. These materials would make my students so happy! Please help me make Reading Our Thing!
