Our school year 2020-21 will be quite different than any year I have had teaching. Learning will change in every aspect and as a teacher we have to construct strategies on how to facilitate change in our new environment while providing for the needs of all students. My classroom library is full of books that the students enjoy reading each year, but it will be impossible to sanitize the pages of books. I would like to continue to have my kids exposed to interesting reading material while being in a safe learning environment. By moving electronically kids will be able to access websites that they will be able to pick from thousands of books that interest them without compromising their safety.
