This tablet will allow me to provide meaningful feedback to students in a more timely manner. Being a school that is in an upper/middle class area, we don't have access to the same technology Title 1 schools get funding for. A tablet will give me the opportunity to monitor all students while walking around the room to help kids and be present among them. A tablet will remove the leash to my desk I am currently tied to by having to use a desktop. A tablet will also allow me the opportunity to instantly give families feedback. Currently I carry around a clipboard and make notes on things that I want to give feedback on or put in the gradebook. Then I have to find time later to transfer that information where students and parents can view it. With a tablet, I can bypass the manual clipboard and enter everything in immediately!
