I am trying to slowly integrate flexible seating options into my classroom and do away with our traditional desks. With the addition of flexible desk and seating options, it will allow our classroom to be a more appealing learning environment. The individual student table and chairs for this project will be for my small group area where we do intensive reading activities. We have round table seating in the back of the room for individual testing groups and computer activities. These individual student tables would be amazing for the front of the room in order for me to be able to arrange them in a variety of ways to maximize student learning.
