My students come from a mostly rural area. Over half of my students are at or below poverty level, so they have very little opportunity to use materials that capture the images they create. My students work hard, but do not always have the family support they need at home. Most of the work they complete is done at school, so I want to provide them every opportunity to create the work they imagine.
