The class of emerging leaders will begin the year by gaining a thorough understanding of Roberts Rules of Orders. The students will be able to actively participate as leaders in formal organizations and possibly serve as parliamentarian. Lead from the Outside will be the initial book study which includes reflection questions to examine leadership traits and opportunities. We know how much potential our scholars have and need the perfect outlet. The students will conclude the book study with a community service projects. As the students return to campus after being remote for over a year, many will need structure and strong encouragement to examine their leadership potential. The material will easily guide the students in the process.
