We recently added a makerspace to our library and our students have been utilizing it efficiently. Our students are excited about making and building things on their own. We would like to incorporate the use of robots to our makerspace, so students have the opportunity to build something using STEM resources, and provide further educational curriculum. Our students will collaborate by using teamwork to build the robots and provide a learning opportunity. The Kamigami robots allow students to build their own insect robot, then program it to work and play using the Kamigami app. These robots can be program to have unique movement and sounds.
