My students are the sweetest students around. They have the biggest hearts and the most amazing personalities. We believe in having fun in the classroom, sometimes it's good to just stop what you're doing and dance for a minute just to get the energy out, especially at a young age. Our goal in the classroom is to be as prepared as we can to success in first grade. I don't want their to be a doubt in my students mind of them being ready to advance to the next grade. I want them to be confident in their learning and excited to learn more. I always have and always will have high expectations of my students and they never disappoint. They know that in the classroom, they have a safe haven and they shouldn't be afraid to make mistakes or to tell me to challenge them more. We are a family in the classroom and we act as such.
