This year was a difficult one for us. There are so many things I want for my students to help them enjoy school and love being in their classroom. Our budgets were recently cut and I just can not do it on my own. I love my children and want them to have a wonderful time in school full of learning. The things I am asking for will not only be well used in the classroom but be safe and clean for my children. We are in desperate need of a few new cots. Many cots are cracked or the part they lay on is fraying. By obtaining new cots, it will make nap time a better experience for my children. The name tags will definitely keep us organized. We are asking for the books to help enhance our centers. I am an avid reader, I read to my children all the time. They love how involved I become with the story. These books will enhance our centers and show the children how much literacy can be linked to their play. Lastly, we truly need a new rug. Right now, our rug is beginning to fray and come undone. We need something that can help them learn but be fun as well! This rug will definitely do that!
