I am seeking resources, including Math games, Spanish emergent readers, and a Science kit about sound and light waves. The Math games will allow students to practice skills while I work with smaller groups of students. The Spanish readers will give students opportunities to practice reading in Spanish at home and at school. The Science kit will provide hands-on exposure to sound and light waves during whole class instruction. Because I only speak to my students in Spanish, I try to find ways to help them feel happy and motivated to learn both the Spanish language and the academic content. In my immersion classroom, I use Spanish to teach Math and Science, and I use Math and Science to teach Spanish!
