My students are a highly motivated, engaged and tech savvy group from a small elementary school. The broad use of technology has enabled them to collaborate in small teams in the classroom. These groups allow for differentiated learning at each student's optimal skill level and rate. They use web-based applications also support access to on-going projects from home where lessons and ideas can be reinforced. Students develop independence as well as accountability through their use of this technology.
