These indoor exercise mats will be used for indoor exercise such as aerobics and yoga. We also have a ballet class that would use them after school. The mats that we have now are very old and are tearing and falling apart. In Arizona, it is too hot during the first quarter to go outside, so we will definitely be using these on a daily basis. Our students love to do aerobics and yoga and will be very thankful to receive these mats and any other indoor exercise equipment that we can get!
