Having the additional weight room equipment will allow our students to continue to improve their fitness. It will provide them with the opportunity to enhance their overall level of physical wellness. This equipment will also provide the students with an opportunity to push themselves physically. With the additional equipment we can allow students to exercise before school. This will help the students with their ability to focus and can improve their test scores. With these resources, we will be able to offer strength and conditioning classes that will teach the students how to reduce their risk for heart disease and diabetes. Currently we do not have enough equipment to offer this course to our students.

About my class
