My students are creative, funny and smart. They spend part of their day in the regular education classroom interacting with their peers and classroom teachers. When they aren't with their grade level, they come see me. My classroom is a place they come to feel safe, have fun, work on assignments, take a sensory break or have the occasional meltdown. My students need a place like my classroom in order to be successful in the regular education setting.
