This is an early childhood special education classroom where many of students are 97% eligible for free or reduced lunch. Many families are new to the country or Montgomery county. I teach two classes during the instructional day. My students attend this program for about 3 hours a day. All of my students are identified with a developmental delay within the following areas - ( sensory, physical, intellectual, communicative, or emotional) By donating to our project, you will not only help to improve and increase student attention and focus, but you will also ultimately help to increase their academic achievement. The products that I have selected will help my students by giving them additional seating options to make more effective learning choices. The materials are adjustable and will allow enriched student engagement. They can also be used as an alternative chair if needed! The beanbag chair will allow for comfortable floor seating options. They are lightweight and can be easily used in many areas of the classroom.
