I would love for my students to have a place where we can meet together as a class and learn from one another. This provides a sense of community for my students. This large 8x10 area rug and runner will make a great place for my students to come together in my classroom. We will use this area to hold our "Morning Meeting" as well as come together after lessons for discussion. The runner will run the full length of my classroom library, providing students a place to sit comfortably and read. It will also allow students flexible seating during centers.
