These materials will allow my students to develop their fine motor and large motor skills through purposeful play. Many of my students are struggling with these essential developmental skills due to not being exposed due to the COVID 19 pandemic. Simple tasks such as gripping a pencil or cutting with scissors is often a struggle for my students. My kindergarten class enjoys the independent learning time in which they are able to play and learn. By receiving these materials, it will provide my students multiple opportunities to play and learn independently and develop those motor skills during our center time as well as outside play time.
