I have 23 3rd graders of whom most are second language learners. The school is in an area of fairly high levels of unemployment. Reduced accessibility to transportation and limited disposable income make it difficult for our families to expose their children to many of the great natural wonders that surround us. These students are enthusiastic kids who long for rich experiences!
