My students love learning and express often how much they love school. Just recently as I was explaining what a busy day I had planned for them, one student enthusiastically said, "I love busy days because we learn so much." He repeated this about three times throughout the day. Although my school strives for academic excellence, it is severely technologically deficient. Our teacher and student computers run very slowly and cannot handle the complexity of the programs that our school district has to offer. For example, during the Hour of Code, several computers had difficulty running the programs. As a result, those students did not have ample time to work with the program.
