With the addition of the laptop in my classroom, it will be one additional resource that students can access in order to improve their reading skills through use of games and other programs. There is one student computer in my classroom all the time, so the addition of this laptop will allow more than one student to access technology at one time. To encourage reading, students will be awarded time in the Bunjo chairs if they meet certain goals set by themselves and me. I strive to make an environment in my classroom where reading is enjoyable and the students want to read.
