Our school has around 100 students. We are a school that teaches children with autism. We have 9 sites in Queens. we cater to a very diverse population in a high needs area. My students are all so very different. They range from high functioning to very low functioning . They each learn in their own special way. My students have a lot of energy and many exhibit out of seat behaviors. they are sweet and very challenging at times. My students love stories. They love to hear me read stories and they love to see stories on the iPad. The use of the iPad or computer is very motivating to my students. They are smart , funny and caring. they deserve every opportunity for success.
