The music classroom houses many instruments, manipulatives, and supplies necessary for well-rounded musical experiences. However, because of the amount of materials being stored, the classroom tends to look cluttered and chaotic. I am requesting storage boxes, picture frames, posters, folders and dry erase pockets. A little organization and brightening of the walls will go a long way towards creating a meaningful learning environment. The classroom walls are cinderblock and a drab grayish white color; hardly an invigorating atmosphere! Brightening up the wall space with music themed decor and educational information will certainly help in making the music room warm and inviting.
