This beautiful rainbow rug is not only colorful, inviting, and large, but it provides a much needed function while teaching 5 and 6 year olds. Kindergarteners attention spans can be are very short and keeping them focused to learn and knowing their personal space can be a challenge. This amazing rug not only will help with learning their colors it helps the teacher to provide a seating chart where each student can work to their full potential by placing them in a specific seat to maximize learning. I spend a lot of time reading and teaching phonics/reading/writing to the whole group while they are on the carpet. This rug is a perfect solution for keeping 25 students actively engaged.
