Every week I serve about 250 students, in kindergarten through 6th grade at an inner city school in the same district I graduated from. Over half my students receive free and reduced lunch and many of them are encountering music for the first time in my music room. In my room we play instruments, move to music, and sing. My hope is to gain more resources for my students to broaden their musical horizons. Many of them are curious and hungry to learn all that they can.

About my class
