Giving parents sign language resources will encourage families to learn sign language. Often times hearing parents do not know enough sign language to simply read their child a book. The books in sign language will make this possible. The materials will encourage interaction between the Deaf child and their family members whether its through play or simply reading a book. Distance learning has been a challenge for deaf students. There have been many times during google meet sessions that my screen has frozen therefore the student misses what I have signed to them.
