Who doesn’t love playing with building materials? Kids learn best when they are actively engaged. This project can provide this experience. What could be more fun than building mock carnival rides and bridges? 6th graders need to be active to stay engaged. The engineering kits requested can provide the opportunity for student to experience engineering with their mind and hands. They can also spark curiosity about the field of engineering and hopefully inspire a future engineer. This project will provide otherwise unavailable materials to a classroom of curious 6th graders who are eager to learn.

About my class
