I teach in a charter school that focuses on respect and creating global citizens. The schools' core values teach acceptance and we embrace students from all backgrounds, races, and ethnicities. I strive to inspire passion within my students. I work hard to provide learning experiences that are both authentic and interesting to my students. 2/3 of my students are boys- and very active boys at that! The units that they have been most passionate about, and that have inspired the deepest learning, are the units that incorporate a variety of different activities.
