My students come from a variety of backgrounds and socioeconomic statuses. They are funny, energetic five and six-year-old children working hard to become successful readers. Our school is small in a the heart of the Midwest with children coming with a wide variety of experiences and abilities. I have students with disabilities as well as students from low socioeconomic status. They are a hard working determined group! We are committed to creating a family atmosphere where we all take care of one another and stick together. The smallest things bring them pleasure and excitement.
