My students are a diverse group of creative thinkers. Our school has been very successful in state testing, going above and beyond to meet standards and expectations. I see a disconnect in our students having knowledge, but not understanding how to apply that knowledge to real world situations. Students of today need to know how to learn, discuss, explain, and create through trial and error. The students in my class are amazing, wonderful, and future leaders of tomorrow. My class has already actively supported our architecture project by bringing in their used LEGOS to contribute to this design studio, and the center can benefit from some needed supplies to take this "Lego, Camera, and Action" project to the next level. Thank you in advance for considering our project. We promise to utilize the technology and supplies in an effective way to reach every student, everyday.
