The first product I requested is magnetic shape sorting rods, which will give my students practice with sorting real-world objects. This will help develop their skills in recognizing and identifying shapes, sorting by attributes, and matching shapes. The second product is an addition and subtraction flip and solve board. This will help my students master their addition and subtraction facts. It will also develop my students' skills in one-to-correspondence, simple addition and subtraction. The third product is the beginning operations self-checking magnetic cards, shapes and patterning self-checking magnetic cards. Students will slide an activity card into the self-checking board. Then use magnets to answer the questions on the cards. When the students are ready to check their work, they press the button. Correct answers stay in place, while incorrect answers fall right off the board. This tool develops skills in addition and subtraction by using ten frames, recognizing shapes, identifying shape attributes, recognizing patterns, and composing/building shapes. The self-checking magnetic boards are used with the beginning operations, shapes and patterning self-checking cards. The fourth product is the snap and slide number bonds. Students build their own visual models as they explore hands-on number bonds. Students write a number from 1 to 20 on top of each board, snap on the counting pieces, and slide them into two groups to show as many number combinations as possible. This will help develop students' skills in addition, number sense, composing and decomposing numbers. My students need games and activities that focus on counting, matching, identifying, and naming numbers to explore with during Work Stations. This project will improve my Kindergarten classroom by building a stronger and confident mathematician! This will change their lives for the better. They will love school and feel successful at an early age while having fun learning
