Some of our students have trouble focusing due to ADHD & ADD. These balls will give their energy an outlet, so their brains can focus more on content being taught. I will allow the students a choice to use the ball all day or just in times of need. These stability balls will also help promote core stability, especially since kids do not get the physical activity needed on a daily basis. The stability balls will also help the students focus more on state mandated assessments such as IREAD-3 and ISTEP, along with weekly classroom assessments, by giving the ability to bounce on the ball, their brain will be able to focus more on content. If you are able to donate, we will send thank you notes along with pictures of our stability balls being used in action, according to Donorschoose rules. If you are able to donate, PLEASE do! We will greatly appreciate it!
