I work in a high-need school in a low-income community. My students are 100% African American. All of them are on the free or reduced lunch plan (90% of my school is on the free or reduced lunch plan). I have 6 energetic girls and 14 active boys. My students are very excited about learning but parental support, community involvement, and materials are very limited.
